Why do you need my personal information?
When you make a donation, you need to provide your name, street address, email address, and credit card information. This information allows us to process and fulfill your donation and to notify you of your donation status.
In what ways will you never use my personal information?
We will never sell, trade, share, or rent your personal information to other charities, merchant partners, or to any other companies or individuals without your prior consent.
Can I opt out of receiving information?
Yes, you can request to receive email, mail, and phone communications from us. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting email@example.com or calling Donor Relations at 408-232-5611. Our emails will always contain unsubscribe options.
Do you track me on your website?
Like most other websites, we track and collect data from visitor traffic patterns and site usage through 1st party cookies from Facebook, Google Advertising and Google Analytics. This helps us further develop and improve the content and design of our site. Additionally, the information we collect contains IP addresses tracked on cityteam.org, whenhelpmeetshope.org. We do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable about you. Email opt-in includes collecting your email address and first name.
