Grace Village Turning Point

For women and children escaping domestic violence, homelessness, or economic hardship.

CityTeam’s Grace Village Turning Point allows residents to rebuild their foundation by having a place to stay and case managers who care. We provide wrap-around support until residents get back on their feet.

Youth Crisis Prevention

Youth Collective

For young women ages 18–24

CityTeam’s Youth Collective offers supportive housing for young adults at risk of homelessness, facing trauma, and exiting the foster care system. Our support staff offers compassion and seeks to help prevent homelessness in adulthood before it occurs.

Refuge for Pregnant Women & Infants

Heritage Home

For pregnant women and new mothers

CityTeam’s Heritage Home removes women and their children from dangerous conditions, helping them raise healthy babies and pursue healing. We help expecting mothers navigate pregnancy and provide support after birth, including housing and career opportunities.

Residential 12-Step Program

Grace Village Renew

For women overcoming substance use disorder

CityTeam’s Grace Village Renew offers free 6–12 month holistic care that leads women out of addiction and homelessness and into stable lives. We promote mental, physical, and spiritual healing, guided by staff who are graduates of the program with firsthand experience.
