Host a Women's Graduation Ceremony

About this opportunity

Three times per year, CityTeam celebrates the women in our residential programs who have completed the requirements of our long-term programs. We partner with churches to host these heartwarming celebrations.

The host church provides

• A venue for up to 300 graduates, family, friends, staff, volunteers, and donors
• A pastor or congregant to open in prayer
• A worship leader or team for a short time of celebratory worship
• Small desserts and drinks for up to 200 to 250 people
• An audio visual team, 3 microphones, and video capabilities for slides and a video
• Childcare for graduates' children (varies)
• Volunteers to greet and direct traffic, restroom signs, and balloons

CityTeam provides

• An emcee to facilitate the event
• Slides in the format the church requires

Typical schedule

• 6:00 PM: Set-up
• 7:00 PM: Graduation ceremony, followed by a dessert reception
• 9:00 PM: Estimated close
