Women of Impact (WOI) is a community of women passionate about advocating, giving and serving in support of CityTeam’s four women’s programs in Silicon Valley. Together, we use our voices, resources and time to walk alongside women and children rebuilding their lives. We have 3 pillars that are core to our mission.

As Women of Impact, we move beyond awareness into action. We believe no woman should walk alone, so we walk alongside residents with consistent, compassionate support as they step into renewed strength and purpose.

Heritage Home is our home for new or expectant mothers who have been unhoused or at risk. Sign up to provide dinner for our women for an evening.
Sign up to support Heritage Home mothers by holding their precious babies while their mothers attend life skills and parenting classes.
House of Grace is our residential home for women overcoming life-controlling behaviors. Sign up for a scheduled grocery drop-off and help stock the fridge with nutritious food!
