CityTeam Portland's new program for women and children in crisis.

CityTeam Community of Hope

CityTeam Portland's Women's program, known as Community of Hope, is a 6 month to 1 year recovery program for women struggling with addictive behavior and instability. Our beautiful home can accommodate single women and women with children.

The program provides housing and essential resources while residents work towards long-term solutions such as permanent housing and a living-wage job.

Residents are offered trauma sensitive mentoring, individualized career counseling, medical and mental health care, 12-Step meetings, and a faith-based foundation.

Women are required to engage in meaningful community outreach as part of their journey. Residents graduate from CityTeam with the skills and resources to succeed. In addition to securing stable housing and employment, graduates move forward with a healthy community and a renewed sense of purpose.
