CityTeam San Jose provides immediate help and support to men, women, and children struggling with food insecurity, homelessness, domestic violence, and other life disabling circumstances and behaviors.
We can offer you and/or your family support through our neighborhood mobile food pantries throughout Santa Clara County, or our hot meal service available every day of the week.
If you are facing homelessness, housing insecurity, domestic violence, or if you are struggling to overcome addictive behaviors, CityTeam San Jose has multiple transitional housing programs for men, women, and women with children. All residential programs offer career counseling and pathways towards stable housing.
