International Center for Urban Training
The International Center for Urban Training (ICUT) is CityTeam International’s arm for training and development. Based on CityTeam International’s “Key Principle” of assisting local churches, organizations and individuals to accomplish their urban mission objectives, ICUT is training workers to fulfill their calling to minister to the poor.
Drawing upon proven, Christian techniques and practices, ICUT provides participants with practical, theoretical and Biblical approaches to work with their urban poor, ministry population. ICUT specializes in training workers to work with the homeless, addicts, alcoholics, the abused and neglected, delinquent youth, the needy, street people, and the lost.
ICUT uses professional, Christian trainers with direct experience in their area of expertise. ICUT is an approved institution with California’s Bureau of Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education.
