A Message from the Director
One of the exciting adventures for our staff was to participate in strategic planning. This took place shortly after I became the City Director. It’s been a year and a half already and time to revisit our plans.
The staff and I determined six Core Values for CityTeam Chester. They are as follows:
· Make disciple makers
· Value people
· Excellence and accountability
· Commitment to teamwork and fairness to all
· Glorify God by keeping Christ first in all things
· Proclaim the gospel by sharing our love for Christ
As I look over this list, I can see growth in the staff as they implement these values in their day-to-day ministry tasks.
A few of our key strategies have been realized such as transforming people and providing an environment for the best people – staff, volunteers, alumni and board. An area that still need addressed is adequate facilities to meet program needs. God has been faithful and we look to Him for wisdom and direction for CityTeam Chester’s future.
