Quote from Walt Jones, Executive Vice President of CityTeam
“CityTeam is proud to partner with Lift Up America and become the main distribution partner in our community. These donations allow us to reach out to other agencies around us that are also in extreme need this holiday season. It brings us together as a team to help feed families and individuals that are suffering from hunger and provide hope,” said Walt Jones, Executive Vice President of CityTeam Executive. “The food provides protein that the families desperately need for their children. The bears touch everyone’s life – they meet the emotional need and bring a smile. We are touched as an organization to be a part of this wonderful program."
Quote from Margaret Gregg, San Jose Homeless Concerns Coordinator – Office of Affordable Housing.
“It seems tragic in a land of plenty that individuals, children and seniors would go to bed hungry. We have much to share as evidenced by this wonderful event today. All in America should dig deep to help ensure that Americans do not have to choose between putting food on their table and paying their rent,” said Margaret Gregg, Homeless Concerns Coordinator for the City of San Jose.
Quote from Greg Jamison, President of the Sharks
"The Sharks Foundation and our entire organization have demonstrated many times our 'good neighbor’ policy in our community," said San Jose Sharks President and Chief Executive Officer, Greg Jamison. “We are proud to be involved with these efforts in helping those that need assistance during the Holiday season."
