Introduction to Disciple-Making Principles  (1/2 Day Course)
At this Cityteam course, you’ll discover the essential elements of a disciple-making movement that is driven by rapidly reproducing disciples. The momentum this creates can sweep through previously unreached areas resulting in literally thousands of simple churches emerging in a relatively short period of time. You’ll see how discipling, equipping and coaching ordinary people as disciple-makers and church planters is based on a system of small group discovery Bible studies and a highly intentional commitment to immediate personal obedience. So whether you are a church leader or an ordinary Christian, you can be an extraordinary disciple-maker. This course will give you a good overview if this Disciple-Making model is right for you and your community.

Basic Disciple-Making MovementTraining (3 – 5 Days)
This course is customizable to you and your group. It normally covers everything in the half day introduction to disciple making principles but it would go step by step into all the details in getting you started. Depending on your group it would cover the Biblical understanding of the following areas: access ministries, person of peace, understanding the elements of a church, the role and character of a church planter, DNA of rapid reproduction, how to initiate effective discovery groups, and the natural emergency of leaders. This course would also go into details regarding leadership development and how to mentor and coach extremely committed men and women with the character, capacity and skills to reproduce a new kind of leadership with a new level of Kingdome impact.

Mentoring & Coaching
Cityteam not only offers training but we don’t end there – we offer a customized mentoring and coaching program for you personally. This is where we will develop a plan designed exactly to meet your needs in the area of follow-up and continuous training. We come along side you to encourage, listen and help you make effective leaders that are rapidly reproducing for as many as six generations deep.
